UGH…there is nothing more disappointing than waiting for delivery of new prized possession, being notified of delivery, and then having it ‘go missing’.
If you believe your Vejo package has been stolen, we would offer a few suggestions.
First, if you do have security cameras available, check to see whether a neighbor may have picked it up by mistake. If your package was delivered to a building with mailroom facilities, check to see if it was mistakenly delivered to the wrong individual. Finally, you can ask your delivery service whether they have any insight into what might have happened.
Unfortunately there is little we can do if there is valid proof of delivery and your package has disappeared. But please contact Vejo customer support and we will see whether there is any way we can assist.
